The traditional Ukrainian attire, a Vyshyvanka for kids.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine on February 24, 2022 more than 13 million  people have been forced to flee their homes. Mostly women and children as the men stayed back to fight.

Millions of children that fled their cities under heavy shelling bear the psychological scars of the war. A huge mental and psychological toll causing nightmares, social isolation, panic attacks, PTSD, depression and behavioural disorders among others. Although their brains work in different waves than the adults, the experience of a cruel war will show its effects when they grow older. The only sure thing is that the sounds of their voices are the most positive sound during these hard times.

Children represent the only chance that humanity must remain on the planet.
